Light Motif delivered a VIP hosted awards ceremony for Longitude Prize on Dementia
The Brief
To deliver a multi-level awards ceremony across the Design Museum, celebrating the Longitude Prize on Dementia. Hosted by Anna Richardson, the event included a live broadcast on BBC One.
The Challenge
To complete the event setup within a 45-minute turnaround, while coordinating VIP guests and government ministers.
The Solution
To create a carefully coordinated guest journey across the museum, beginning with arrival drinks on the first floor, followed by a panel discussion and awards ceremony in an auditorium-style setting on the ground floor. The evening concluded with post-awards drinks across both floors.
