The Challenge
To create a high-impact live fashion event for industry professionals, buyers, and media within a unique event venue. Key challenges included low ceilings, a limited production budget and a tight installation schedule.
The Solution
To deliver a tailored technical event production solution, enhancing the venue’s existing infrastructure with additional event lighting and production equipment. Through space planning and scenic design, we optimised the layout to include backstage areas and audience flow. Full event logistics, supplier coordination and on-site production management ensured a visually impactful runway show.
